Don’t bike Chattanooga
This hands down was the worst experience I have ever had. You can’t unlock the bike cause you used the app. So you can’t use the bike racks. But you have the app I can see that ( I was told) but now I may have the wrong app ( apparently there are 3 or 4 different ones )
There is not a soul in the area this business is run. As well as no convenient chat on the app. To had find the number and contact them they offered to unlock a bikes when I needed to use them . Please keep in mind it is over 100 degrees. So needless to after walking around looking for bikes, and help. With the heat and the arguing for 2.5. So needless to say I am expecting a refund ( at least). As well as a marketing team to narrow down the apps you use. And possibly not leaving them in the blazing sun where you are unable to read the screens to get instructions

Horrible and dangerous
I find it nearly impossible to create an account using my iPhone. However, the app does embed advertising and you are tricked into creating account for a third-party app, which is totally unrelated to renting a bike. It is misleading and dangerous given they collect your credit card information. this is simply a horrible experience, that violates all rules of consent, and should be taken down.

I see the bike icons on the map but when I tap one it doesn’t tell what bike station it is! Pretty useless…
