App crashes every 30 to 45 seconds.

The basic interface is wonderful but it “crashes” every time I open it even tho it’s reinstalled. Horrible tech.
No support??
App got crash every time, try to contact with support, tap a button, 404 not found...

Are you sure you are referring to the NYC Bikes app? Our "Support" button sends an email, and does not link to a webpage. Please feel free to contact us at support@urbanapps.com for any assistance you may need.
Bad
Never enough bikes to have a continuous long-distance ride around the city. One kiosk we returned our bikes to had plenty of bikes but the kiosk would not rent

It sounds like you are revising the Bike Service itself, not our third-party, unaffiliated app. Please consider amending your review as these items you mention are part of the Citi Bike service and completely out of our control
Awesome streamlined interface
NYC Bikes really makes finding the few closest docks super easy… especially when using one handed on a bike.
