The app is not letting me relogin
The app was talking about a relaunch and kicked me out of the app and wants me to resign up on the app and I’m not doing that it needs to be refixed so I can relogin back in

They want you to pay for features that are not even in development yet, gaslight your every question and blame you for their own shortcomings. The platform is empty, no people, no algorithm, no structure. Every day it glitches. It has been like this for over a year since I’ve been there - becoming old.

This app sucks
This is a dead app. I'm not sure what's impressive or attractive about it. The audio cuts out when you open another app on your phone so you have to close the app, or leave the room and rejoin (you don't have to do that with club house).
Also, the audience is a small break away group from club house and its cliquey. This clique give moderation to stupid, easily offended people to moderate speech. The other bad thing about this clique is that they all backstab and trash talk each other. It's like high school, but worse because the demographic is 40+.

Horrible Customer Support
Customer support isn't hard to get in touch with but they are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and unhelpful.
App is always glitchy. Rooms can't handle more than 100 people. Claims to be in beta but there's nothing on the app indicating that it's in beta. They will ban your account for no reason, I asked for the reason in writing but all I got was a very rude and dismissive response from someone who is allegedly an agent of the company. Zero stars if I could.

Not a safe app
This app has active gang members and allows violence. Shake and report does not work and there is no other way to reach out to support other than very informally in a private chat. As long as gang violence is prevalent on here and there is not way to make reports I will maintain a 1 star.
