if you’re like me you I’m more than capable and competent at doing almost all areas in your business or in your professional life but you’re also someone who knows you can achieve much more. chatter boss has given me the ability to step back from the day-to-day,allowing me to look at the business and work on the business. for years i had been doing so much myself andstill only crawling along, i had had multiple projects and endeavors shelfed for “another time in life” or “when i finish what i’m working on now” and for once i can set objectives for multiple projects at once, and watch my dedicated assistant Sandi extract details like deadlines milestones and within minutes she’s off the races bringing in another Assistant or Creative Specialist and by that night or the next morning I have updates on progress of that project. It’s enabled me to do long past due creative work, creating “on ramps” and “pff ramps” to phase into or out off multiple projects at once.
i have time for writing specific content and copy and identifying new key opportunities and look what’s missing in current projects.
Im blown away by her organization and immediate implementation. the tools like monday.com make it easier than ever to see the end goal, roadmap and milestones and next actions, clear organized and actionable.

Been working with ChatterBoss for a couple months now and it’s been the perfect service for what I was looking for. ChatterBoss has helped me scale my small business tremendously by allowing me to off load a ton of tasks to my assistants so that I can focus on growth and process. I’ve been using ChatterBoss for over a year, and have found it to be tremendously helpful. This app provides a much needed service for literally anyone that needs virtual assistance. The assistants are smart, the pricing is transparent, and the response time is quick. I often find that they are able to complete things much quicker and more efficiently than I could myself—which means I get to avoid feeling frustrated as I set up a project management system or struggle with technology. Great app. Highly recommended.

Wonderful
I have used the ChatterBoss service for several months and the service is exceptional. They have helped me stay organized and be more efficient.
Needs looks of improvement
The App is slow, not to appealing, feels like I am using an app designed by a child. The service is misleading, image of human pop-up but really it’s a bot. I will update if anything changes.

Bad, Assistants don't even help you at all.
The assistants don't even help and the only messages are from a bot. The time is supposed to be MON - FRI 9am to 5pm and it's 9:09am Monday. I send a message and she won't reply. ALL BOT DO NOT DOWNLOAD APP.

Great to work with
I have been working with Dana for 6 months or so and I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality of work and the ease requesting assistance. With me having a full time job and starting a business on the side, I simply run out of hours in the day. This is a great way to get all the assistance required on an as needed basis.

Not recommended
Scheduled a free 15 minute consultation that they offer to make sure this app was a good fit. I never received the consultation call they confirmed the day before. If they can’t keep to a scheduled call how could you expect this service to take care of time sensitive needs.

Exceeded expectations
I've been doing research for a long time to fine a personal assistant to help with travel planning and other tasks. I've used services like Pana, Journy, and American Express Platinum Concierge. I wanted a service that I could use when I needed and used modern tools like task tracking and chat.
I signed up with ChatterBoss last week. I had a 1 hour onboarding call with Valerie using Zoom. They captured all my needs with Google Docs and created a profile for me. We decided on our first project - to plan dinners for a 5 day trip to Mexico. I got regular updates and by the end of the week the job was done. It easily exceeded expectations.
I also appreciate that I get detailed time tracking for billing. I purchased 6 hours to start and all my onboarding and first project consumed 3 hours which is very reasonable. They use an app called Monday to track projects and I was able to share my passwords and credit cards using 1Password which keeps everything secure.
Overall this is a wonderful service.

Helpful With Chaotic Business
ChatterBoss along with Valerie and Bobbie have been a tremendous stress reliever. They have been quick and organized when dealing with adhoc requests. From answering tenant inquiries to mailing out a lease, they have been able to accommodate a lot.
