It provides access to powerful AI models through high-speed API servers, enabling users to create text, generate images, and manage conversations efficiently.
Key features include access to multiple advanced AI models (like 4o, 5, Claude, and Gemini), high-speed API servers for fast responses, a Words Mode for pay-as-you-go usage, prompt collections for easy conversation starters, quick phrases for rapid dialogue, and image generation capabilities. It also supports iCloud multi-device sync and offers various chat management and enhancement options.
The app operates on a 'free with in-app purchases' model. While the core application is free to download and use, users can make in-app purchases, likely for API usage, advanced features, or premium model access, as indicated by the 'Words Mode' and 'API Key Mode' features.
ChatX is designed for mobile devices and also offers support for macOS and iPad with keyboard shortcuts. It features iCloud multi-device auto-sync, allowing chat lists and settings to be synchronized across different Apple devices. Lock screen widgets and URL schemes are also available for quick access.
