Easy enough to use
Booking for chauffeurs for business travel is relatively straightforward and timely. Foreign cards work fine. Avis customer support is great. At pickup time and they'll call you to help find the chauffeur if you take too long which is nice. App gives you all the information you need
Have time to spare? Great!
Cuz you’ll need it to make this app download. First it will claim you don’t have an internet connection. Then you’ll have problems loading your credit card. You’ll probably delete the app and reinstall. Then you’ll get a little further but your credit card won’t load. Great way to spend an hour of your life that you’ll never get back!

I can’t activate the App for China region using phone number issued in Russian Federation. Verification code haven’t received

App claims to be sending a confirmation PIN to my phone and nothing occurs. No support whatsoever.
Can’t download app on a new device
I have this app on my personal phone and tried to download it to a different phone from the App Store but it won’t download.

Application keeps trying to have me add a union pay card for ApplePay to settle a balance. It won’t let me select another payment method or do anything else within the app until this is paid. I am unable to book a car or call customer service for help within the app.
The Help number for China within app has been disconnected. So use the emergency number in the email confirmation when your driver does not show up.

Stuck in ApplePay
Apple pay in China only accepts UnionPay credit card. If you use a foreign credit card for Applepay and set it to pay in China. It’s going stuck at applepay pop up window forever.
Can't add payment method
Can't add my chase sapphire reserve to the app as payment method. Everything exactly as on card. App is unusable.
