You constantly have to turn on vpn my previous vpn would come on automatically as soon as phone was turned on .. half the time I forget to turn on vpn so it defeats the purpose of having it.. I will not renew subscription .

Please update to last app version. We've added AutoConnect feature, so no need to connect manually every time.
