I’ve purchased many flight tickets through Cheapoair over the years, and most of my experiences were fine. Unfortunately, this time has been extremely frustrating.
The airline changed my itinerary, and I’ve been trying for over a week to get assistance. Every time I call, I’m transferred to another “expert,” but the call just keeps ringing and no one ever answers. This is especially disappointing because I paid extra for their priority support add-on, yet I have received no meaningful assistance.
If you book through Cheapoair, just hope your airline doesn’t make any changes to your itinerary. If that happens, don’t expect Cheapoair to be there to help—you may end up spending hours trying to resolve the issue on your own.

I paid for automatic check in didn’t happen. Tried checking in myself, tells me my confirmation number is invalid. Called customer service. They were supposed to send me my itinerary, never happened. Frustrated

Worst experience with the agent willingness to assist. Their knowledge and experience are unacceptable. Never use this service again.
