Best travel app to book hotels, flights, trains, experiences
I love Ctrip. I have been using it for around 14 years. I love everything about it. It makes traveling so much easier.
I could have missed my train in Italy yesterday as the platform wasn’t appearing on the board until 5 min before the train departed. Ctrip had announced the predicted estimated ahead of time, and I was able to be near the place I had to leave from. If it wasn’t for Ctrip I would have missed it.
I get constant updates about my flight status, payment is super easy, I get nice discount for being a diamond member, the customer service has been great and efficient.
I absolutely love this app.
Only a few hotels are not in trip and I do find them in booking.com, but I will always try to use trip to book as I am loyal as their service has just been outstanding in some many years for me.

Trip.com strives to provide the absolute worst possible customer experience. Don’t make the mistake of using this app!

This is absolutely the best App to use for booking hotels. The pricing usually comes in lower than most other travel apps. Excellent! I love it!
Horrible Service.
My experience with Trip.com was incredibly disappointing. My original flight was canceled, and instead of receiving timely assistance, I spent days calling Trip.com and the airline myself while being repeatedly told my case was “being worked on.” I received no meaningful help, no proactive communication, and no viable solution before my trip was effectively ruined.
As a result, I missed my entire vacation to Indonesia and Singapore, lost over $2,100 in flights, hotels, baggage fees, transportation, and non-refundable accommodations, and endured an immense amount of unnecessary stress. I expected a travel agency to help when things went wrong, but instead I was left stranded and forced to handle everything on my own.
I cannot recommend Trip.com based on my experience and sincerely hope they improve how they support customers during travel disruptions.
