Reservation incorrectly confirmed
Booked a car rental through klook. After contacting supplier to confirm reservation they showed the car had been booked at an entirely different location (a different country even). This would have been an disaster for my trip, leaving me stranded, had I not checked ahead. Klook’s “reservation comfirmed” was an absolute lie.
