eSIM in Chile extrem störanfällig
Letztes Jahr hatte ich eine eSIM für Chile von einem Konkurrenten. Lief super. Klock bietet eine eSIM für deutlich weniger Euro an, also habe ich diese gekauft. Sehr langsam. Immer wieder kein Internet. Parallel hat meine Familie eSIMs vom Konkurrenten ohne Ausfälle und sehr schnell. Nur ein Stern.

Japan Adventures
A great app to pre-book tickets to various activities and attractions in Japan. It was very easy to use the QR codes to scan into every attraction attended. The app also provided discounts at various places when booked in advance. For those that had free cancellations, refunds were provided within the 7-14 day period.

Easy to book
My first time booked hotel through Klook and it made me less stress as it’s very easy and good deal. I definitely will book more activities on this app.
Misleading (DO NOT USE FOR TRANSPORTATION)
I booked a train ticket with over sized luggage. Not once Not twice but 3 times !!! If the option is available. Why after the fact of purchasing does it tell me that it’s unavailable. Extremely frustrating and avoidable. Don’t waste your time with the app go in person and buy the tickets !
