Love Klook
So glad I found the Klook app. So easy to navigate and book things. Trustworthy, reliable, affordable. I can’t say enough great things about this app. Used it to book Shinkansen tickets and bus in Japan.
Great App for Tourists
Great app for tourists to Asia, Visited Seoul and Tokyo over a few weeks and Klook came in clutch for sightseeing, airport transfers, and entertainment options, great app!

Disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Klook. They booked our Bali hotel for November instead of July, and we only discovered the mistake after emailing the hotel to arrange some extra services before our trip.
From that point, we had to follow up every single day for a week. Each time we contacted customer service, we were simply told to wait another 48 hours, with no real progress or ownership of the issue. They didn't resolve the booking until the day before our trip, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
What was even more disappointing was that their initial solution was to cancel the booking without offering any compensation, even though the mistake was entirely on their side.
The customer service was extremely poor, communication was frustrating, and the whole experience ruined the excitement of our holiday. I won't be using Klook again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

Horrible experience
I was feeling good because of the first two tries in klook but little did I know it was going to go downhill from there. I really loved the efficiency and quick feedback from klook at first but for this experience it was horrible. I reserved a Samurai exhibit but unfortunately my mom had an accident so we were not able to make it the day off. I sent them the medical records of my moms back problems but as they were taking time to respond I then took time to respond as my school started and I was not home to ask my parents for their medical records. They kept giving me options of rescheduling the event but as I relayed to them, I would not be going back to Japan for at least 4 years what a shocker they said there was nothing else they could do. But then as any rich app would do they offered me 30% of the total amount in klook cash as someone might not be able to go on a trip for at least another year this cash is useless as it expires within the year. I appreciate their slow communication, but I definitely do not appreciate being scammed. I do not recommend them.

Great for accessible travel experiences when traveling.
My credit card worked 2/10 times in Japan. It was great to not miss out on attractions because I was able to book with klook. When I had problems with bookings, they followed up immediately and everything worked out in the end.

DO NOT USE KLOOK - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
I booked an Alamo rental car at Newark Airport through Klook. When I arrived, the rental counter representative was rude and denied the rental, claiming that I needed international travel documents—even though I am a U.S. resident and did not have or require international travel documents for my trip. I was then told to contact Klook for a refund because the booking was made through their platform.
That is where the real nightmare began.
For the past six days, Klook has repeatedly claimed that they are “unable to contact the merchant” while providing no refund, no resolution, and not even a clear timeline. Their customer support appears unable to understand or properly address the issue despite multiple explanations. Every response leads to another delay, another generic message, and absolutely no accountability.
Klook took payment for a service that was ultimately denied, yet I am still being forced to chase them for my own money. Their support process is an endless rabbit hole where no one takes ownership and customers are left wondering whether they will ever receive their refund.
This experience ruined my planned trip, wasted my time, and left my money stuck with no resolution. A booking platform should protect customers when a merchant refuses service—not hide behind vague responses and indefinite delays.
