eSIM don’t recommend
I got the Unlimited eSIM for Italy, and I absolutely do not recommend it. The reception is terrible. I have wasted my money.

Incomplete country list
Very sad that I couldn’t add my contact when I try to book because my country is not in the list. Therefore, I was unable to book tickets.

Second review
Second time writing a review because the first one wasn’t uploaded. I had to download the app just to write this review. I am disgusted by the 100% ai advertisements done by this company. It shows the consumer that this company is lazy, unimaginative, and does not care enough to put effort into marketing. I do not care how good the product is if they hold zero value in us as the consumer. The entire marketing department should be ashamed of how unbelievably lazy they are. Do better.

Great but rethink the points program
Great app to book tours and travel with. No issues with it, but the rewards program Klook setup is a clown show. Wow I spent $100 and earned 0.24 cents. Cmon guys, surely you can realise how ridiculous that is to users. Embarrassing for you that you think the rewards program is a selling point and worth boasting about.

So glad I found the Klook app. So easy to navigate and book things. Trustworthy, reliable, affordable. I can’t say enough great things about this app. Used it to book Shinkansen tickets and bus in Japan.

Disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Klook. They booked our Bali hotel for November instead of July, and we only discovered the mistake after emailing the hotel to arrange some extra services before our trip.
From that point, we had to follow up every single day for a week. Each time we contacted customer service, we were simply told to wait another 48 hours, with no real progress or ownership of the issue. They didn't resolve the booking until the day before our trip, causing unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
What was even more disappointing was that their initial solution was to cancel the booking without offering any compensation, even though the mistake was entirely on their side.
The customer service was extremely poor, communication was frustrating, and the whole experience ruined the excitement of our holiday. I won't be using Klook again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
