Los hoteles que ponen son estafa llegas al hotel y no te reciben y para pedir un reembolso te piden mil pruebas , correos cuando el error es de ellos , no te resuelven nada la peor aplicación para que hagas una reserva NO LA DESCARGUES

saya sudah memesan hotel di bandung 2 kali dan sudah bayar, saat di refund dana saya tidak kembali, tolong perbaiki sistemnya, dan kembalikan dana saya

There’s only chat, and they keep asking ridiculous questions. I say I’m not satisfied, I write it, I’ve even sent a screenshot, and it still asks why. I already explained it. It’s a terrible app.

Book phòng qua app, trừ tiền rồi, mình đi gần tới thì khách sạn báo app lỗi, hết phòng. Không chịu hoàn tiền. Đổ thừa do app. Gọi hotline app nhiều lần ko ai hỗ trợ, mail cũng ko phản hồi.
