최악입니다. 여행 못갔어요.
앱이 아닌 웹사이트로 구매했고, 비행기 시간이 앞당겨졌는데 이메일로 별도 통지가 없어서 홍콩 공항까지 갔는데 비행기표 모두 날렸습니다. 휴가 계획도 모두 망가졌고요. 커스터머 서비스도 답이 느려서 소통하는데만 2주가까이 걸렸습니다. 차라리 믿을만한 트립닷컴쓰세요.

Don’t use stay clear
Book direct as you have zero support if there is an issue with a booking. There is zero benefit by booking via a third party. Better booking direct with supplier

티웨이 항공규정 환불가능한 항공권임에도 거짓으로 안내하고 환불이 안된다 여러번 속였습니다.
증거자료 확인해도 알았다하고 처리도 안하고 환불이 안되어 물었더니 환불도 안넣어놨고 2명환불인데 자료는 다받고 1명만 환불시키고 1명은 또 환불안된다 말바꾸네요 기가찹니다. 이딴 사기같은 회사가 다있나요
