Very bad using this site to book a flight ticket if you cancel ur ticket it’s not that much easy
Not easy to get refund and contact customer care support as well numbers are not working properly for international flights
Book direct from airlines or hotel
They will charge convenience fee plus GST along with your Airline or Hotel charge plus GST. But, these people are not responsible as per their terms for cancellation and they wouldn’t refund any of that fee, except what airline or hotel. Beware of these cheap scam tricks by these low-life scammers.

Pathetic Customer Service
I have been waiting for my refund for a flight since 7 months. These guys have kept giving me all possible excuses. Totally done with there service. Nobody really seems to care. Every time you call them, they ask the same old question and nobody really resolves the issue.
