Horrible Experience for booking
It’s on the 6th floor open terrace no lift to go there I have to climb stair case with my baggage . Because the room is on terrace it is open and no safety no security and the main thing while I am booking the hotel I have checked in to the particularly saying safe environment particularly suitable for solo female travellers. There is no use of checking that option at least no consideration from your end especially for solo women travellers , I kindly recommend strongly to remove that Option from ur end which is absolutely meaningless and worthless.The terrace was using by men during the laundry and spreading the clothes there u can find the same in the above attached video. It’s only one room in the terrace and no any other rooms and accessible to any body to enter the room and I strongly Cobden for allotting this type of unsafe room to lady solo travellers. Even the prices are getting varied from the first stage to the final stage of booking and price got jumped and the final price got doubled by the end.I strongly not recommend and got very disappointed hope is there any option I would recommend 0 rating

I choose to change my travel date but mmt was keep forcing me to cancle my booking because they gonna get more profit from it instead of changing date of travel. Full of gross. I gave me them business in lakhs but they keep performing like they gonna earn pennies instead of real profit. Worst app ever

Untrustworthy
This guys don’t have excess to there drivers and vendor , drivers are uneducated enough to not to navigate to the hotels like aloft by Marriott Delhi, they left my daughter and her to kids stranded for three hours and ended up suggesting to take alternative,

Please don’t book through this app especially international trips, I booked and they cancelled one of my connections flight, I requested refund and I still did not received it, it’s been over 6 months, they never reply to the email, worst and awful customer service experience.

Refund request
I submitted my refund request on May 4, and I have been following up ever since. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my refund. The Saudi Arabia customer support number does not work, and there is no direct way to contact customer service. This has been a very frustrating experience. I kindly request that you review my case and provide an update as soon as possible.

Terrible Customer Service & Refund Experience
I had one of the worst refund experiences I’ve ever had.
My hotel confirmed in writing that my booking was cancelled and that the refund was processed without deductions. Despite this, MakeMyTrip refunded only a small portion of the money and repeatedly failed to provide a clear financial breakdown explaining where the remaining amount went.
I spent weeks contacting customer support, the hotel, and my payment provider. Every time I received generic responses instead of a proper explanation. Because of this, I continued being charged by my payment provider while waiting for MakeMyTrip to resolve the issue.
If something goes wrong with your booking or refund, be prepared for a very frustrating experience. I expected transparency and accountability, but unfortunately I received neither.
I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

PAN Entry Bug
Bug Report: On the Hotel Booking → Review Booking → Traveler Details page, the PAN field automatically inserts spaces after the 5th and 9th characters while typing (e.g., ABCDE 1234 F). A valid PAN is then rejected with the error “Please enter the correct PAN card no.” The issue is reproducible on both the MakeMyTrip website and the iOS app.
