Very bad experience. I booked my flight through this app and deliberately want to change the date but unable to change. I am happy to pay more for the change date thing but unable-to find or do that. I tried to contact the support team, unfortunately nothing came in. No contact info or help support i got .Very disappointed from the service. No customer support at all . No email has been provided. I tried to find email from chatgpt and when i sent a mail, they responded thatvghis is a donot reply email, like seriously. Nuts.

Refund issue
Very poor service. I have been struggling with my refund for almost one and a half months. There is no proper customer support, and it is extremely difficult to get a clear response or solution. Very disappointing experience.

Scammers. Avoid booking through them. No customer care just robot responding.
I had booking with them and have cancelled because of emergency surgery. I filed medical emergency refund with doctors reports and medical details which Singapore airlines have approved but make my trip ate that money. Then I read few other cases online like this. Living off people’s money while they were sick and could not travel is cheap behavior from MMT.

Book direct from airlines or hotel
They will charge convenience fee plus GST along with your Airline or Hotel charge plus GST. But, these people are not responsible as per their terms for cancellation and they wouldn’t refund any of that fee, except what airline or hotel. Beware of these cheap scam tricks by these low-life scammers.

Pathetic Customer Service
I have been waiting for my refund for a flight since 7 months. These guys have kept giving me all possible excuses. Totally done with there service. Nobody really seems to care. Every time you call them, they ask the same old question and nobody really resolves the issue.
Wrong refund
I booked and cancelled my booking much before the deadline date. I was informed 100% refund but found AED 30 deducted from the amount I paid. I need complete refund please as promised in cancellation policy .

Zero support for International booking
I have booked a flight from UK to India, and there is no support on customer care provided in booking reference IDs are correct. Most of them are switched off and automatically gets cut. This is such a poor management and professional service for the customers. Trust Make trip for international travelling. I do not recommend this. Until that, I have not gotten any resolutions and I don’t know where to reach out in spite of writing emails. There is no reply. It’s almost been five business days, but then no reply. I want this to be addressed ASAP.

Waste customer service
After arriving in airport I booked room worth 1700 . No iptions were available to select check in time and no information given about cancellation policy before payment . When I called the hotel they said no rooms available and when I contacted customer service he said straight it is my responsibility to be aware and not to be scammed. How can someone who never booked a hotel room before is aware about these rules . When I asked hotel they said they are not responsible. What a service. If you don't have enough information people would have call hotel directly. Why do we need an App like this. Utter waste of time and money.

Makemytrip staff behaviour is so bad
I booked a room in thrichy through makemytrip. But the hotel management called me and said that “ the hotel room is fulled so that you should cancel the booking (“ they says in polite”). Then i called makemytrip and asked about this . The Ai assistant is so rude and didn’t connect me to the makemytrip staff . At last i wanted to be rude , then the AI assistant connected me to the staff . The staff behaviour is same as AI .

Horrible Experience for booking
It’s on the 6th floor open terrace no lift to go there I have to climb stair case with my baggage . Because the room is on terrace it is open and no safety no security and the main thing while I am booking the hotel I have checked in to the particularly saying safe environment particularly suitable for solo female travellers. There is no use of checking that option at least no consideration from your end especially for solo women travellers , I kindly recommend strongly to remove that Option from ur end which is absolutely meaningless and worthless.The terrace was using by men during the laundry and spreading the clothes there u can find the same in the above attached video. It’s only one room in the terrace and no any other rooms and accessible to any body to enter the room and I strongly Cobden for allotting this type of unsafe room to lady solo travellers. Even the prices are getting varied from the first stage to the final stage of booking and price got jumped and the final price got doubled by the end.I strongly not recommend and got very disappointed hope is there any option I would recommend 0 rating

This guys don’t have excess to there drivers and vendor , drivers are uneducated enough to not to navigate to the hotels like aloft by Marriott Delhi, they left my daughter and her to kids stranded for three hours and ended up suggesting to take alternative,
