No support for refund
Its been 45 days since my flight was cancelled by the airline. The airlines status says refunded but goibibo special claim status is stuck at "Refund received from airline" from last 25 days. The phone number puts u on an infinite hold, and there's no email to reach out.
A nightmare of after-sales support. Beware!
Can’t recommend GoIbibo/MakeMyTrip to anyone based on my recent experience. A single PNR journey from BLR to KEF was sold with a 65min connection between AirIndia and IcelandAir at LHR. AirIndia later confirmed in writing that the itinerary is “operationally infeasible”, considering the requirement of baggage reclaim & re-checkin procedures due to no interline baggage agreement with Iceland Air and strongly recommended changes in the itinerary. This means, though the connection was sold on a single-PNR, in reality it was the case of an infeasible self-transfer. Despite admitting the system error and mis-selling in this case, GoIbibo continued to deny responsibility for fixing the ticket, leaving the issue unresolved for weeks despite multiple escalations.
A booking platform’s true value is tested when something goes wrong, and the post-sale support experience in my case was extremely disappointing. I would advise travellers, especially those booking complex international itineraries, to carefully consider the level of post-booking support they may need. Customers should be aware that though booking is easy, getting accountability or customer support after sales will be non-existent. Do not risk your money or international travel compliance with this app.

Terrible Company
I lost my money after reserving a hotel in Jaipur as they overbooked and the rate was not refundable. Goibibo was absolutely useless. Stay away.
