A few days ago, I booked a hotel through Goibibo, and I also forwarded the pictures as proof of the issues I faced, including the condition of the pillow, the cleanliness, and overall hygiene. I submitted all the evidence, but there has still been no action taken from your side.
You charge such high prices for these rooms, especially when you are offering four-star properties, but there were hardly any amenities available. The food was pathetic, there was a terrible smell coming from the washroom, and the service was extremely slow. So what is the point of booking through Goibibo if the experience is going to be like this?
I have always preferred MakeMyTrip and Goibibo, and if you check my booking history, I have used Goibibo for my Goa trips as well. In fact, I planned my Goa trip through your platform last year. But this time, the experience was absolutely pathetic, and what is even more disappointing is that Goibibo has not taken any responsibility or action despite me submitting proper proof.
I genuinely expected better from a platform that I have trusted and used multiple times.

Never book flights via GoIbibo. It’s almost impossible to get refunds in case of flight cancellations etc.
They literally stole half of my indigo flight refund. Indigo says they already paid back the third party teams.

I live in the US and have been attempting to login via phone number for several days. Same error message and no other way to login. You guys bottleneck login to just one means which crashes out. How you do something is how you do everything. I can only imagine what UI bugs I’d face when/if I can eventually login.

GANG OF FRAUDSTERS!
Worst app ever, it plays fraud with you. I searched hotel with 1 room with 3 guests. It showed me best deal among all other competitors, so i went ahead and as i needed two rooms I added same 2 rooms in my cart. Now when I reached the hotel… boom! The receptionist is waiting with a surprise!. I get to know that the second room which I booked is only for 1 adult!. Lol what a joke right? No but that’s not at all funny! It’s a serious fraud! They show plus sign to add another room to the cart, they are suppose to add the same room and requirement(isn’t that very simple?).... but guess what they did? They showed the same price for the second room, added the sum and charged, so a normal person assumes to have no worries and check in hotel with 2 rooms 6 adults tention free…. But guess what? Boom!you get to know that the booking is only for 4 people and other two members are not in booking! The receptionist was just waiting for you to charge double cost for the extra persons and the worst thing is…. GOIBIBO doesn’t allows you to cancel the booking on the spot and it’s impossible for you to find another hotel for those two persons left if you checked inn late night…..
would anyone be able to think of a trip again after such a horrible experience? Well congratulations Goibibo just ruined your whole trip!

No support for refund
Its been 45 days since my flight was cancelled by the airline. The airlines status says refunded but goibibo special claim status is stuck at "Refund received from airline" from last 25 days. The phone number puts u on an infinite hold, and there's no email to reach out.

Can’t recommend GoIbibo/MakeMyTrip to anyone based on my recent experience. A single PNR journey from BLR to KEF was sold with a 65min connection between AirIndia and IcelandAir at LHR. AirIndia later confirmed in writing that the itinerary is “operationally infeasible”, considering the requirement of baggage reclaim & re-checkin procedures due to no interline baggage agreement with Iceland Air and strongly recommended changes in the itinerary. This means, though the connection was sold on a single-PNR, in reality it was the case of an infeasible self-transfer. Despite admitting the system error and mis-selling in this case, GoIbibo continued to deny responsibility for fixing the ticket, leaving the issue unresolved for weeks despite multiple escalations.
A booking platform’s true value is tested when something goes wrong, and the post-sale support experience in my case was extremely disappointing. I would advise travellers, especially those booking complex international itineraries, to carefully consider the level of post-booking support they may need. Customers should be aware that though booking is easy, getting accountability or customer support after sales will be non-existent. Do not risk your money or international travel compliance with this app.

Terrible Company
I lost my money after reserving a hotel in Jaipur as they overbooked and the rate was not refundable. Goibibo was absolutely useless. Stay away.

They took services from red bus and don't have any management for bus services
They dont process refund easy even after cancellation by Airline. Total fraud
They are frauds they don’t even process refund even after the airline has processed the refund and when you call them they just put virtual Assistant there so that you can’t even speak to airline. Please don’t book through them. They are another fraud company by makemytrip
Avoid if you value your time or money
My flight was cancelled and airlines confirmed that the refund was processed to Goibibo, but I still haven’t received the refund from them. There is no proper way to speak to human agent, just the useless automated replies and AI responses. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They keep customers stuck for refunds after already receiving money from airlines like fraud. Very disappointing and zero accountability.

I am extremely disappointed with Goibibo’s service. It has been more than a month since my flight was cancelled by the airline, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one answers the calls or provides any response.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds for so long, especially when the cancellation was not their fault. I urge Goibibo to take immediate action and process my refund without further delay.

Frustrating
Your application is pathetic and your customer care support is more worse. I have been trying to connect with your customer care for days now and it just repeat the same options. I tried to write my feedback about my hotel booking at hotel opo gk 2 and there is always error on your app. This booking was sone prior hours and when i reach hotel the room i was handover the key and when i opened the room there was person sleeping in the room. It was horrible. Later is turn out that he was the housekeeping staff. They made me wait for another 30minutes stating that the rooms are not reasy and they showed me two more rooms which were pathetic and smelling pee.I couldn’t stay there for another 5minutes. On top of it the reception staff didn’t bother to come abd check the situation. Despite that security guard was coming and talking to me very casually. Before submitting cancellation request online. I was assured that i will get full refund of the booking as i had to book another hotel. But i just received message that hotel owner has denied the request. When i call ed hotel the manager was not not aware of the situation. No one cold from goibibo to listen my concern they just did their fomality of updating the comment and close the case in the application. I lost my money and trust on goibibo.
