Hackers targeted me via booking.com using my personal details

Due to my booking with booking.com I was targeted by scammers asking me to confirm the booking with my payment details. They used my mobile number and had all the details of my booking pretending to be my hotel . I raised this with booking.com and they couldn’t even answer my questions if booking was safe whether the request was safe and giving me generic answers which weren’t appropriate to my questions. So very poor customer service as well.
