Dark Mode
I enjoy using the app, it works seamlessly, the only suggestion I have is to allow dark mode. It’s quite jarring when my entire OS is in dark mode and I open Airbnb to a white background. Please offer this option.
Never improved UI
…I’m a long term user of the app. I’m surprised the developers have never improved the user interface. Searching for any specific property is impossible. The little notice that pops up saying ‘You’re in luck, this Otis usually booked’, or ‘This is one of the few places with a pool’ is obviously ridiculous and quite untrue. Lastly, (although there’s more) on a new search today my wife gets a villa for approx £100 less on a guest account rather than my long established account. Overall, I believe it’s a very unfriendly app and needs a complete revamp. I guess the developers don’t care too much as it’s an industry standard search app.

Last-minute cancellation
One thing I didn’t know about Airbnb is they can cancel at the last minute unless you do instant booking now I gotta go look for hours again and try to find a place. So helpful especially now that you’re so expensive just as much as hotels.
Airbnb call centre
Nowadays sounds like all the companies hire call centre from India because is cheaper, little they don’t know that a lot of them lack common sense and they are not professional at all, I’ve never been so frustrated so much before and I’m not an individual that writes reviews however I had to, Airbnb in general is a wonderful app but it there’s an issue you better hope you don’t need to go through the call centre, what a joke…this is what happens when you are trying to save money on staff
