Airbnb is trash, I only booked with them once, got a good review and they randomly booted me off and removed me with no explanation, customer service is 0 help. I literally did nothing. I swear I know a lot of people say they did nothing and actually did something but I did absolutely nothing. I even got a good review for the only stay I did. So their loss, I was going to be using them a lot more because I was planning on traveling but I am taking my business elsewhere. They are run by bots with very little human communication of actually knowing what is going on. Do better Airbnb.

Horrible Customer Support
Customer Support is very painfully slow and unhelpful. They take longer than a decade to resolve an ongoing issue. Airbnb must close their so called resolution centre as they aren’t operating from earth. By the time they receive your request for something you are already in your grave.
Airbnbs are for parties!
No matter what place I scroll to, there’s not a single place I can throw a party in. Even with a small fee. It’s not even a big party I want to throw, it’s a small gathering. Rude hosts assume I’m there to ruin their place.
Honest Review
This app do have a very large scale of properties and choices… yet they do not invest to have an honest client service… you will rip your hair out to talk to an agent and all of them they will talk to you politely but following a script.. seems like Ai … they do not understand basic math or basic common sense… devs team are perfect app is perfect… but the day you will have an issue you need to resolve with the host … there you will get ripped off

Scammers
The host canceled on me at the last minute after I had already started my trip, wasting my time and money. Airbnb Support failed to resolve the issue, and my honest review was removed. Very disappointing experience. I no longer trust this platform.
Suggestion
It’s an easy app to navigate although there can be issues seeing all that’s available on certain dates. This has happened several times to me where I set the city and dates, it’ll show me certain houses and then some are taken quickly. It shows less options. My friend will look at the same time I am, same dates and city and no other option La checked and we have two very different results. We zoom in on the map. Zoom out. The places shown are different. Not sure why. It’s definitely annoying.
Another issue is that for some odd reason, we can’t always easily find all the house rules. I’ll see some and once I get the place, suddenly more rules show up. How does that happen?
Add a search criteria options for smokers. Some need to know if they can sit outside and smoke their medical leaves. Some smoke cigars too. It would be easier if we all could ur an option that shows us homes that allows outdoor smoking and only see those homes in the results.
Also, one thing that seems to keep happening is finding decent homes in really scary parts of town. It seems people that review homes are afraid of mentioning the neighborhood and only comment on the stay so you can end up staying in places with questionable people around, houses with boarded up windows in the neighborhood, broken down cars, men walking around acting like they’re on drugs and following you down the road. As customers, for our safety, we need to know at least how the neighborhood looks. It matters. Ask customers how the neighborhood looks. Did they feel safe? Was it quiet? Something. The owners usually only show their homes and property but of course they want to make money and won’t show the street. They’ll say, “cozy quiet street”. Great, thanks but here I am in an Airbnb terrified someone is going to break in. Can I cancel for fear of safety? Sure but I’ll lose most of what I’ve paid and there’s no way to switch places.
Airbnb, please do better. It’s also a place with AC that doesn’t cool the whole place. Can’t cancel. There’s nothing the owners can do because they set it up so the only room that cools off is the one bedroom it has.
Those who make reviews don’t always want to sound too mean or truthful because the owners are kind but without prompts and reviewers telling the truth, it can create really uncomfortable situations.
I’d rather stay in a hotel if this what keeps happening. Make owners describe their street truthfully too.

Would do 0 stars if I could
I have use air bnb several times and no issues I rent a air bnb in Dallas for my girlfriends birthday. We arrive at the apartment and leave without 15 minutes couldn’t breathe from a cat litter / animal feces the hallway stained and air bnb would not refund us our money. I will never use air bnb I would like everyone to know they do not care about customers because they get a cut when u book with them. Please use vrbo or vacation rentals. This is a horrible

Not for hosts
Airbnb are charging hosts 18.6% including VAT and keep putting it up. The top 10 owners are all billionaires but it’s not enough for them.
Can’t even book.
They keep blocking my access to book anything.

I had an horrible experience with airbnb i tried to book a home for me in my two 16th birthday and they red flagged me and it's my time using the app how i already get red flagged and never used app will be using vrbo.
Use booking.com instead
Airbnb Will NEVER protect you we was threatened, someone was watching us and can’t leave a bad reviews because owner can complaint and airbnb will always take the owner side
Host Can Do Anything
My host refused to let me check in on time. I waited hours and hours. Did Airbnb compensate me? No. Did I receive any explanation? No. They want to charge you astronomical fees without any assistance whatsoever. When you reach out to their support. It takes 20 minute for 1 message reply which is some ridiculous script too. I swear, this is my last trip with Airbnb. What a

Doesn’t favor Black Professionals
I’ve been using Air b n b for 9 months providing services and let me tell you the clients that use this app are so partial to black people im feeling we can’t escape this bad behavior anywhere. Within the last 4 months these top executives from Tesla, Facebook - Big Wigs BMG director and such refuse to review my services I provided to them because either it’s a race thing or they don’t want anyone to know they booked me for a massage. Air B N B has a little favoritism thing going on and I pray they get this thing right because I do t play the worlds way of being partial to certain people. This is so annoying. When I started I was busy non stop and always leading with the most 5 star reviews, and now I get 1 per month. Thanks Airbnb for being partial and having clients that exemplify your attitude just the same.

Easy for being a Host
Really appreciate the AirBnB app. I wish there was more feature continuity between the app and website though. On the website I can see a day to day graph showing how many views I get. On the app all I see is a 30 day total. On the website I can’t use coupons to reserve a stay. On the app I can. The list of features that only exist on one and not the other is very high. Often I look around on one, can’t find what I’m looking for, then switch and find it right away. I’d greatly prefer feature continuity.
