Very clean and spacious apartment with comfortable beds. It was an excellent choice for our family of five, with plenty of room for everyone.
Although there is no air conditioning—which is quite common in Vienna—the fans and open windows provided enough cool air to keep the apartment comfortable, allowing us to sleep peacefully each night.

Impossible to get help after a bereavement
After my father died on Boxing Day, I realised that booking via booking.com leaves you with improper communication and support to make any coins of insistence claim . Terrible service

Extremely Poor Customer Service
If all goes according to plan, Booking.com is great. If not, they are literally impossible to contact and they do everything they can to avoid helping you. I have ended up just sucking it up and paying for a couple of scams. There are many scam “hotels” on their site. Their AI chat is terrible. Their “live chat” is terrible. The actual search functions are excellent, including the map.

Booking was canceled on arrival after confirming the booking with Mia Garden in Nadi. There was no one to speak to for assistance. We felt abandoned in a foreign country. The only accommodation left was a lot more expensive meaning we could not afford to do most of the things we had planned. What a disappointing holiday.

A room for two last minute
When we arrived we were met by James in the kitchen and we thought we will have to leave bags in kitchen to be told we can go straight to our room which was amazing, then our to didn’t turn on or have a remote and James went out of his way to get us a tele that’s works which he went beyond his job to help us and he was so polite . It was an amazing stay because we were right opposite the stadium. Then we met Lindsay the cleaner and she was as so polite and amazing was gonna bring us a coffee and breakfast up to our room but we already had something . All in all brilliant price and amazing stay. Will stay here again because we’re planning on coming to Liverpool once a year now as I fell in love with the city and can I say I love the accent to xxx thanks for all you have done and hopefully see you again very soon. Amy and Conner xxxx
