This property is unkept, dirty and quite frankly a disgrace. Rubbish everywhere, dirty laundry left out, old mattresses in the carpark, Pool brown and half empty….. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Photos are misleading and quite frankly false advertising

Be very careful of scammers
Be aware of scammers posting hotels,, usually “Staycation “ or popular properties at super cheap prices, I ran into many problems in Manila Philippines where I was left with no accommodation due to these scammers, they will answer calls and questions, but the minute you arrive to check in, they ghost you and take your money.

Budget but great
Hotel Tex was great location next to Rome Termini. Breakfast was great all you need to start your day. Room very basic but did the job. Front reception very friendly.

The property is around a 15-minute walk from the train station, including a fairly steep hill, but it’s only about a 5-minute downhill walk into town, which was very convenient.
From the outside, the building isn’t particularly attractive, so we were pleasantly surprised when we went inside. It was clean, tidy and much nicer than expected. The bathroom was a little tired-looking, but everything was clean and functional.
There was plenty of space for five adults to stay comfortably. Overall, a pleasant stay and a convenient location for exploring the area. Good location for Ben Nevis . 8 minute cab ride away

Night at Selby Abbey
We stayed at abbot’s boutique hotel it was beautiful easy access all done remotely absolutely spotless and the grab and go breakfast was lovely would 100% recommend it’s in the centre close to all amenities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
