I am so fed up
I booked a place to stay, had a miserable time, was told by the owner to contact customer service. CS promised to get back to me within 24 hours and didn’t, I can’t even message them anymore. Always just go directly through well-known hotel websites. This has cost me over $100 and I have no way to get my money back.

Santa Teresa House in Verona do not recommend
I have asked the Accomodation for a cancellation 2 days before my trip and 1 day after I made a booking . Explained that I was going from Spain and because of the horrible traffic can’t arrive on time . They refused and didn’t cancell. Really don’t recommend them . Such a lack of understanding.

The cold moon inn was the most enjoyable stay. It was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Patrick, the contact person went above and beyond to make her stay completely enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place.

Very Disappointed with the Pricing
I booked this hotel, and just a few hours later the price dropped by around $300. This feels very unfair. The hotel also does not meet the standard of a true 5-star property—the rooms are old and outdated. Overall, I expected much better for the price I paid.
Cannot contact customer service
I had a trip last week, got scammed by a hotel due to wrong room information listed on Booking. But cannot reach Booking's customer service, no response after a day.

Very easy to use app and always good feedback from owners of properties. Like the good option to alter dates and cancellations with short notice. Nice map structure on website

Great place
Sold my house & moved out, but needed a place to stay for a few days until I could move in to my new place. Forgot to book a hotel, but I found this place & they took me in right away. The hotel is clean & has just about everything you might need for a personal or business stay. It’s a fairly new building & the self parking lot is extremely lit up! I will definitely be back!

Failed booking
I booked 3 rooms over 2 bookings some time ago. A family meeting for an ill relative, so chose the free cancellation option. I received notification that funds would be taken on a particular date, so made sure money was available as I knew I would be uncontactable during that time. The payment was taken at a later date when the funds had dropped below the threshold so the room was cancelled.
