Cancelled accomodations

Cancelled our accommodations last minute, without offering any support to rebook. Offered no explanation to why the reservation was cancelled either. Beware booking through the website, your booking may not be honoured.

Great app has great selection of hostels, though not all of them in central and South America we’ve found. Easy and our go to app. Would say the map function when searching for a town name will often show no hostels or struggle to find town names which is really annoying. If map function was better would give it 10/10
