Clear trip can do whatever they want with no accountability
I have booked my flights they didn’t have an option for middle and last name by default they let me to fill wrong details and then i told them to cancel the tickets or talk to airlines for name change option with in the time frame of given time where i can get full refunds with minimal losses i called them cancelled the tickets senior customer care representative told me we will cancel the tickets within half an hours and inform you till i received no call or email when i called them again they told me your time has been passed now you have to pay cancellation charges then i told them the case i have been waiting in call for hour none gave me clear answer and i lost money a huge amount of money so please be aware before booking if you wanna get treated like trash you can book

No accountability and help with the Refund Process
We booked tickets on Thai Vietjet from Ho Chi Minh City to Kolkata with a layover in Bangkok. Both the flights in our itinerary included on-vegetarian meals which were declined by the cabin crew in both the flights. The cabin crew in the first flight responded extremely rudely when we brought up this issue and in the second flight, they asked us to reach out to Thai Vietjet customer care for refund. When we reached out to Cleartrip (we booked the flights through Cleartrip) regarding this, they immediately dismissed it by asking us to communicate with Thai Vietjet directly. We purchased our tickets through Cleartrip and their nonchalance and their way of denying accountability has forced us to raise this issue with the Consumer Forum.

Convenience fee theft
You book a ticket and the flight gets cancelled by the airlines and when it comes to refund they only refund the main fair but not the convenience fee. Flight is cancelled by the airlines and why am I to pay convenience fee! No service then why charge the service charge….and if so charge the airlines not the customer but i guess your policy only charges the customer. Pathetic way to earn someone’s hard earned money.

Worst customer support
My bus was scheduled for 19:45, and I arrived at 19:30. The Cleartrip app’s live tracking failed, and by 20:10, no bus had arrived. I called the operator, who rudely told me that due to a minister's visit, the pickup point changed. He forced me to coordinate directly with a driver who didn't know the city. After being given confusing directions and treated disrespectfully, I had to take a ₹200 rickshaw to a spot 6km away, only to find the bus was actually just 1km from my original location.
Cleartrip’s support was the worst part. The representative didn't even have the operator’s number and wasted an hour of my time making me explain everything while offering zero help. When I requested a refund because the operator failed to notify me of the change—as per policy—she had the audacity to ask for a formal rickshaw bill. This was a traumatic, unprofessional experience. I will never use Cleartrip again and strongly advise friends and family to stay away. Total service failure.
