Bait and switch scam
Using Bait and Switch to rip off customers in the UK.
Wanted to book a flight from London to Seoul. Was offered £878. They call me a day later, price is now £248 more expensive. They tell me to check the airline site directly (with cookies in browser using the same device). Indeed price has gone up.
So i agree to the price change.
But then i decided to check on a different phone over 4G and the price on the airlines direct website is at the original price offered (actually, cheaper at £858).
Even after 3minutes of the booking, they will not let me refund, without a huge cancellation fee (she said £500, which seemed made up).
Olivia, and the team at Ease My Trip are operating a wholesale scam operation. And they need investigating by the FCA, so I'm going to lodge a formal complaint.

Hidden fare increases and confusing payment process
My experience with EaseMyTrip was very frustrating. After booking and paying for my flights, I was suddenly hit with a "pending" status and received an email demanding an extra AED 295 for a fare difference due to dynamic pricing. When I tried to pay that additional amount, the payment link failed and threw an error message, forcing me to go through extra hurdles just to secure my tickets. To make matters worse, the extra AED 295 I paid doesn't even show up anywhere on the final e-ticket fare breakdown, making the pricing feel opaque and untrustworthy. I would advise others to be very careful and double check all costs before booking through them.

Scam!!!
Do not use them, they are scams. You book tickets and then later say there was an increase just to extort money from you. You guys should stop this scam. It needs to be reported to the agencies in place for such acts.
Fake availability
I booked a ticket worth 1200$ and it got rejected however i booked same flight through other source. I had to wait forever to get the refund!!! I don’t recommend dealing with this company i had emergency that time and because of this fake availability i lost lot of cash. Customers service are very slow in reply. Very very very very slow.
