Worst than 3rd class service & experience
Worst than third class service and experience from EaseMyTrip.
I booked a hotel from EaseMyTrip and voucher included breakfast, complimentary evening tea however, the hotel denied the breakfast and mentioned that we haven’t received any breakfast in your booking from EaseMyTrip.
Hotel’s GM also mentioned that the rates we have given to EaseMyTrip doesn’t includes breakfast we don’t know why they have included breakfast with these rates.
I escalated this to EaseMyTrip and asked for the refund. I was assured in a documented email from EaseMyTrip that we will resolve it within 24 hours and you should get the refund. I have been writing them back for the last 10 days but they have not even replied to my email and their own email too.
Nobody responded for the last 10 days.
Their customer care service is cheapest one, people are only sitting there to arrange a call back from hotel’s backend team and promise that you will get a call within 15 mins which never happenes for the next 10 hours despite calling them 10 times in 10 hours and they pitch the same speech every time that the call back has been arranged on priority.
I used EaseMyTrip the very first time and will never use it in my future.

Hotel room denied on arrival even after confirmation
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with EasyMyTrip. I booked Hotel Neha Palace, Ujjain for 17 May 2026, completed the payment, and received a confirmed booking. However, upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist informed me that they had no information or record of my booking.
To make matters worse, before we had even checked in, the booking status was already showing “Trip Completed.” How can a trip be marked completed without the guest even checking in? This raises serious concerns about their system and customer service.
Being left waiting at the hotel with uncertainty after making a confirmed booking caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. A booking platform should make travel easier, not create stress at the last moment. Very poor handling and highly disappointing experience.

Shut down your customer care , no response , no assistance , no acknowledgement. Worst company
It’s been 5 days of continuously following up . There is no ticket id no acknowledgement no support. Every time we have to waste time to explain context on a fresh call . Then they say please wait for 2 hours to arrange callback . Are you serious ? What is this turn around time ? We have wasted hours reexplaining and arguing but there is no support from your side. No respect for customer time , no concern . It’s not a small amount you’re taking it very lightly and it has not been resolved for 5 days You asked to check with hotel we also got their confirmation and said it’s on you . Now you say your booking provider AGODA is involved . Did we book via Easemytrip or AGODA . Don’t know what you’re doing , looting customers via these agreements behind and creating layers Will definitely post in twitter , LinkedIn , Instagram wherever You also deleted my previous review . To everyone reading please save yourself and don’t waste time and money on this fraud site

AWFUL
I booked flights to America through Google flights thinking this was legit, payment taken and everything. Booking showing as pending in the app? I was then called to say with the airline the seats for my flights were on a waiting list and that I would need to pay an additional “discounted” price of £90 to keep the tickets. This service was so unreliable, very shady and I hope nobody else books through them again.

When I called customer service, after a long explanation they told me the price had changed and I needed to pay an extra £150.
After I refused, they said they would speak to their manager. Then they came back and offered a “discount,” saying I only needed to pay an additional £75.
This is not acceptable. I had already paid the full amount at the time of booking. In the end, I had to cancel the booking and contact my bank to get my money back. The bank told me the refund should be processed within 3 working days.
I am very disappointed with this experience. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.

Bad service and refund issues
I booked tickets for my parents and had purchased additional cancellation coverage. Due to my mother’s health issues, we requested a cancellation well before the departure date. Despite the ticket clearly including cancellation coverage, the company did not honor it and has refused to refund the amount. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially in a genuine medical situation. I would not recommend relying on their cancellation policies, as they were not upheld when needed.

Horrible at refund
Refund amount displayed as 0 for all bookings, someone missed maths classes at this company.
Such a pain to get to customer care and get it sorted. Yet another thief company in India with no sense of responsibility. :(

Frauds
You can’t download tickets or invoices. Half the functions of the app don’t work. The price you pay for the ticket is not the final price - they will follow up with calls asking for supplementary payments. Please avoid.

They can call you and say your ticket can’t be issued because the price went up, they can’t make a refund (your ticket is nonrefundable) and you should pay extra £££ to get your ticket.

Worst customer relation!
I had booked a flight from ease my trip, and after online checkin and everything I got 3 mails and 3 Watsapp msgs from ease my trip sayin that the flight has been delayed by half an hour. After reaching the airport, I was told at the airport that the flight was departed and it was on time. Because of the misinformation given by ease my trip, I missed by flight and I had to pay again and take another flight. When I contacted the customer care for the same they blamed me for not cross checking with airline. I mean who does that!! We blindly trust the website through which we booked the flight and information sent by them. After even mailing them and calling them multiple times they blamed me and didn’t help with any refund or compensation. I suffered a loss because of them!!! I’ll never ever book again with them.

Never trust this app. You will never get your refund in case of flight cancellation.
