Detail details forgotten and have to be re-entered every single time
It’s easy to book a flight and nicely streamlined, but every single time the personal details are completely forgotten and have to be reentered which is crazy. Absolutely nothing is remembered between bookings.

I bought few times tickets and never received the points and any other benefits whatsoever. What’s point to download app and sowing lots of perk which you can not have….

Wouldn’t recommend
I only flew Air India because of the instability in the Middle East leaving me with very limited options. Unfortunately, I won’t be making that mistake again.
The cabin crew were largely absent throughout the flight and, when they were around, came across as quite rude and uninterested. Disappointingly, the ground staff at the airport were even worse, with customer service well below what I would expect from an international airline.
The aircraft itself felt old and dated, and the onboard technology barely worked. The overall experience lacked the level of service, comfort and reliability you’d expect on a long-haul journey.
If you have other options available, I’d strongly recommend taking them.
