Why give an option to modify flight when you ask to call instead? Everytime, doesn’t matter what type of ticket one buys. Disappointing
Why did u change my flights to 49hrs transfer in between flights
Why u change my flights schedules without asking me to 49hrs intervals
Slow impossible to use and totally messed us up
The transaction on app or web was misleading leading to terrible disconnects in travel arrangements. Air India is completely unreliable
