The app interface is good, but it gets hanged maximum times, like when we receive any booking, we get email and watsapp notification but it takes time to get that booking flashed on application, we have to wait to get it visible sometimes we get confused was it a malicious email or watsapp notification because the app didn’t-show the booking, fix the issue and get five star

Tension free platform
The MakeMyTrip App is generally considered a highly reliable and tension-free platform for handling all your travel bookings in advance. It saves a significant amount of time by allowing you to manage flights, hotels, trains, and cabs all from one single application.
Poor Quality of App and Service
App and web are so buggy, saving info doesn’t stick, bad data validation where it is not required. Importantly I am struggling to reach partner care team with some issue with onboarding but I can find a number to call to. Many more issues. Onboarding experience is poorly designed .
Good for hotel management, room for UI improvement
App is good for managing my hotel, works best for any last minute adjustments, while UI is decent there is always scope of improvement
