The app is quite good, but a major drawback I've noticed is that 5-star reviews take a very long time to appear or don't show up quickly. However, if a negative review is posted, it appears instantly, which I see as a significant flaw in the app.

The app interface is good, but it gets hanged maximum times, like when we receive any booking, we get email and watsapp notification but it takes time to get that booking flashed on application, we have to wait to get it visible sometimes we get confused was it a malicious email or watsapp notification because the app didn’t-show the booking, fix the issue and get five star

Some reviews given by guests are not reflecting. This has happened about 3-4 times where the guests have confirmed giving the reviews and even shown as review given in the app but not showing up
