Scammers
Literally sent me a ticket with 1hr difference departure time so I missed the ferry. And are blaming it on me because I did not check in at the correct location apparently. Isn’t the first time they’ve refused to give refunds for issues caused by them try to avoid it I will never use them again.

Horrible company. Avoid using 12go.asia at all costs - I don’t care that this is the ticket app, but your company and all associated companies offer awful customer service, wasting time going back and forth and are extremely unreliable. I will be spreading this to every platform because of how incompetent this bs third party ticketing company is. Staff who read this - you should be forwarding all of these 1 star reviews back to head office and management to let them see the atrocious behaviour of customer service. Terrible representation and should be ashamed of yourselves, go work for a company that has actual integrity and ethics instead of going for people’s money and turning their backs on customers once they’ve cashed in. We’ve had trips ruined by this company and they have the audacity to not even offer refunds due to their misconduct. Do better, capitalist pigs.

Unreliable and Unprofessional
Beware! Do not opt for their services are highly unreliable will give you 5usd voucher for your issue faced, go instead for klook or else just approach your stay they will help you with it. The worst service platform I’ve ever encountered. Waste of time and money they are fraudlents.

I had a very bad experience with 12Go Asia.
I booked a bus ticket from Malaysia to Singapore. The pickup time was supposed to be 2:30 PM, and I waited till 5 PM and the bus never arrived. During that time, I received no proper updates from the company. I had to keep chasing customer service asking where the bus was, but I never received a straight answer.
After waiting more than 2:30 hour, in the rain in Kuala Lumpur, me and my girlfriend were completely soaking wet. It was extremely stressful and disappointing. In the end, I had to buy another bus ticket myself, which cost me even more money.
What makes it worse is that they still have not refunded my original booking, and customer service has barely responded to my complaint. They do not seem to care about their customers at all.
This is one of the worst travel service experiences I have ever had. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no responsibility taken. I honestly do not think this is a trustworthy business to use.

While the company eventually refunded my original booking, they completely failed to consider the inconvenience, stress, and additional costs caused by their service failure.
My girlfriend and I were left stranded at a bus stop for more than four hours in heavy rain while on holiday. It was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Because of this situation, I was forced to purchase alternative bus tickets at my own expense just to reach my destination. The refund of the original booking does not compensate for the extra money spent, the wasted time, or the distress caused.
What is most disappointing is the lack of customer care and accountability shown throughout the process. It took more than three weeks to receive a resolution, and even then there was no acknowledgement of the disruption and inconvenience we suffered.
A good customer service team should look beyond simply refunding a ticket and consider the overall impact their failure has had on their customers. Being left waiting for hours in terrible weather with no proper support is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I have little confidence in this company’s customer service standards and will not be using their services again. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting reliable support when things go wrong.
