App just stopped working. Their website is difficult to navigate. Useless. Will travel with a different airline as it’s not worth the stress

Adding Boarding Pass to Apple Wallet doesn’t work

Since 1-2 months ago, adding boarding passes to Apple Wallet doesn’t work anymore, it just gives an error and fails. This is very important as the AirAsia Move app loads extremely slowly and has a lot of bugs, so I want to add my boarding pass to Apple wallet, then I don’t need to open the Air Asia app anymore.
