Too many pop-ups on the App very annoying and difficult app to navigate and book a room
Add Self-Service Options to Update Phone Number and Email
I suggest adding a self-service option for users to update their linked phone numbers and email addresses.
Phone numbers and email addresses can become unavailable due to changing countries, switching carriers, losing prepaid numbers, or no longer using an old email account. Currently, users have to contact customer support for manual changes, which can be inconvenient.
Allowing users to securely update their account information after verification would improve user experience and reduce customer support workload.

Highly recommended for hotel bookings.. they’re the best!
Finding the perfect hotel seemed almost impossible at first. I spent countless hours searching online, comparing prices, reading reviews, and checking different booking platforms. Every hotel I found either exceeded my budget, lacked the amenities I wanted, or had reviews that made me hesitate. The more I searched, the more confused I became. It felt like there were too many options, yet none of them truly matched what I was looking for. After carefully considering my preferences, the expert recommended several hotels that fit my requirements perfectly. They also explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option, making it much easier for me to compare them. What impressed me the most was their knowledge of exclusive deals and discounts that I would never have found on my own. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to book a beautiful hotel at a much better price than I had expected.

Really great deals and hassle free booking
“Can’t help you-3rd party in control”
So I made a tiny booking mistake and contacted Agoda trying to fix it. They said they had to contact an unspecified “partner” and have the “partner” email my hotel to ask the hotel if they could please change the dates to reflect my actual arrival date. They never actually did anything. I contacted the hotel from the start and worked this from every angle I could to correct my tiny little mistake. The hotel NEVER received anything from Agoda or from Agoda’s mysterious partner, which i eventually got Agoda to admit was some unnamed Chinese entity. This was a nightmare. I will NEVER use Agoda again.

Overall decent app but their customer service help is awful
Overall, I enjoy Agoda but their customer help / chat line is awful. You will spend 1-2 hours chatting with an agent who replies to you once every 5-10 minutes (if you’re lucky). Most of the time they can’t resolve your issues and basically send an email to the property for which you have to wait 48 hours for reply. Even then you most likely not get a reply and have to follow up again and waste more hours of your time.
Also, the filters could be improved. Even when I select hotel as a filter, I often get hostels and backpack her type accommodations. Also, it would be nice to be able to filter when selecting for two guests to only show rooms that have a single bed. Also on two occasions I have booked a hotel only to get an email a few minutes later canceling because someone else booked it before me. Lastly… it would be useful if hotels were required to provide information such as the size of the room, if there is a view/window and also if the bed is soft or firm. I also find too much clutter with all the coupons and deals but when I go to them, they are often not available or expired.

Do not use their price match
It’s ok ,but use google to compare price first. Never ever expect them to price match., they will never do it. I have tried 3 or 4 times and one was declined as they did not offer car parking and so it was not a match, another joke was there was no welcome drink , so declined as a price match.if you have to use agoda always go for the free cancellation and check the price. A week befor the cancellation period runs out .

Udah di debit tapi tidak dapat konfirmasi pemesanan. Hotel dihubungin katanya belum ada booking juga padahal udah full bayar. Tidak bisa complain di telpon maah di jawab ai

Everything is great, I feel like I’m getting good prices for flights + accom.
Cons: sometimes listings come up but when I select it, it sends me to a dead-end link where I cannot go back, so then I’m left to force close the app and type in my requirements all over again and continue my search. It’s very annoying to do especially when I run into similar listings that don’t work. Other than that I haven’t had any issues

SCAM Ticket to Singapore Universal Studios
We had a bad terrible with Agoda, purchasing the ticket for 2nd August 2026 (Sunday). But, they sent the ticket for 3rd August 2026 (Monday).
We need to wait for a long time, more than 2 hours to enter in the Universal after waiting from customer service email to phone. My family were so tired, bad experience:(
So, we don’t recommend this type for purchasing ghe tickets.
