Very disappointing experience.
When I made my booking, I was shown an offer stating that if I purchased the insurance, I would receive a 100% refund if I had to cancel. However, this turned out to be misleading. They imposed complicated conditions and asked me to provide multiple documents. Even after I submitted all the required evidence, my refund request was still denied.
The refund policy was not transparent, and the advertising did not match my actual experience. I would not recommend relying on their refund promises.

I have booked many and many times using this app and never had an issue
This is a scam this app are thieves they stole 410€ from me and then didn’t give me the ticket

Very very very poor service!!!
My flight was rescheduled by the airline and as per the airline my ticket is subject for refund but I need to tell the wego to request a refund, wego assured me by 2 consecutive representative that they already requested a refund so I waited. After 2 weeks I checked the status of my refund until I knew that my refund was not requested!!! They are liars!!!! Don’t ever book here in this app. Very very disappointed!!! Liars of assurance!!!!
