تم وضعي في مأزق صعب تم الحجز وخصم المبلغ وعند وصولي للفندق اتفاجأ بعدم تأكيد حجزي رغم الخصم وعند طلب المساعدة من الموظفة ايه التابعة لشركة ويقو تم الرد على الحجز بالفشل وعند سؤالها عن الحل قالت احجز من نفس الفندق فعلاً تفوزون ياويجو بأسوء تطبيق للحجوزات في تطبيق اخر يتم تعويض العميل أو على الأقل تقديم خصم مع تقديم الخدمه كالمك والتواصل مع الفندق فقط لإرضاء العميل ولكن ويجو يطلب من العميل الحجز من نفس الفندق😅
I was put in a difficult predicament. The reservation was made and the amount was deducted. When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that my reservation was not confirmed despite the discount. When I asked for help from the employee A. Wego, the reservation was answered with a failure. When she was asked about the solution, she said, book from the same hotel. Indeed, you win Yaweigo with the worst application for reservations. In another application, the customer is compensated or at least provide a discount with the provision of service. Calm and communication with the hotel only to satisfy the customer, but Wego asks the customer to book from the same hotel😅

Fraud from another website
I have been using Wego for a long time and always thought it was a good app for comparing flight prices. However, I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.
When you search for tickets, Wego shows many third-party booking websites, but it feels like some of these websites are not properly verified. I booked a ticket after Wego redirected me to Travelbrekz, and later I had a very difficult experience with them. After a long argument, I eventually had to raise a dispute.
The most disappointing part was that Wego did not really help. Their role seemed to end as soon as they redirected me to the third-party website. As a long-time user, I expected Wego to take more responsibility for the companies they advertise or redirect customers to, especially when there is a serious problem.
I don’t know if Wego has proper customer support for situations like this, but this experience completely changed my opinion of the app. I have now uninstalled Wego and will be much more careful about booking through third-party websites in the future.

When I was book hotel before paying they show 33.60 including tax but when I was paid this app send email I have to pay more 140.75
So you are scam clients don’t use this app I will call bank to refund it

I’ve had the worst experience with this Company I booked a Flight through their App it got canceled by the Airline due to some reason.
I contacted the customer service department they said it’s going to be cleared in 90 days and You will get your original amount refunded in your account but they stopped my money for more than 4 months
After 4 months they gave me my money back and they deducted 100£ as Wego processing fee lol I waited for more then 4 months and never received my original amount back
My suggestion is Fellas Always book flights Through Original Website of the airline it will cost you 50-100 more but their policies are way more professional than these third party Apps they will give you refunds with in a week and they never charge you any kind of stupid fesses
