Bad customer service

I booked a flight from Riyadh to Dammam for a meeting and coming back same day.
My flight was delayed for 3 hours I missed my meeting. On top of that I had to fly to Dammam and fly back without getting out of the airport

Bad experience

Unfortunately, I had awful experience with the check in counter staff and flight crew staff. They are very rude and distinguished between the passengers.
