The application is a total fraud, there’s no transparency related to booking type weather if it’s refundable or not, 😳you just discover that it’s non refundable only after the total booking money is paid. Another catastrophic issue is the hidden fares, 😵💫where they offer the room for 500 Saudi riyals, and stay like this until you do the payment, to discover out of surprise is that the charged around 625 SR. Where this additional 125 SR came from?!!!!🤬Unfortunately, 25 % in top of the original price😳, what a scam!!!!!!. This is my first time to use this shady application, and will definitely be the last😖
.Based on that, I’m planning to send this review as complain to the ministry of tourism in Saudi Arabia, and push it through until I see some positive outcomes😤.
I strongly advise to run away from this fraud application, and if you have it already on your phone delete it quickly 😡.
