What a joke!
When you work with electronic services, especially application based you need to have more than just a phone number and OTP. I am currently stuck in Saudi Arabia and I can't create an account and the Gate officers will not let me pass because I need to sign up through the application this is beyond unprofessional and I've said this time and time that if you want to create a better seamless process be the customer see what they need to fix their issues. This is a complete joke. I'm very unhappy with the Causeway's upper management they have no clue about single Window processes and absolute garbage applications.
