They have no interest in you
I booked flights and tickets for over $50k on this platform. They used to be able to solve any problem you have.
Now they’re just apologizing. When I had issues with hotel or flights last month(I do it often since sometime I book for my guests) like the flight cancellation or hotel not having power AND hot water, they were nkt able to help me.
Just use the Booking instead. You will feel calm

So many discounts and so many offers of travel and stay. Love it.
The worst experience ever
The customer service always responds quickly, but they don't solve a single problem! The check-out policy was so vague that I didn't even stay, but they still charged me in full.

I am truly satisfied with Trip.
I needed a flight immediately as I searched on the internet Trip.Com appeared and showed honest prices of airfare. Unfortunately, the airline cancelled because of strike. I called Trip.Com and I was truly surprised how fast my call was able to get through. The representative/s were very helpful and prompt. Trip.Com’s refund was also fast and they communicated every updates. Overall, I am truly impressed and satisfied with their quality of service. They really know how to take care of their client. Highly, highly recommended. They are super reliable!!! Excellent job Trip.Com!!! All the best to your company!

Booking snafu
This has been a horrible booking experience. Trip. Com set me on a flight from Chiang Mai to Hawaii where I had to change airports in Bangkok made me wait up to 13 hours to reconnect. I was required to check in in twice and was allowed a checked baggage limit of only 11 kilograms on an international flight. The last time I use trip.com and the last time I use Thai Asia airlines. I spent more than 3 times at the airport than I did flying Inexcusable. bb

Scam app
Shows you low price on the calendar but once you open that day the low price rises. WTF.
Hidden users separation
I’ve really liked this app. But apparently lately they made some hidden user account separation. I don’t see flights and hence can’t buy them for specific routes due to “routine adjustments to the products on our platform based on dynamic changes in global route service” as they said in the support. What even this meant? I literally opened same flight search on my account and my friends account - no flights on mine while bunch of them on friends phone. latent segregation
