The app and webpage doesn’t work
This is literally so frustrating it doesn’t let you continue after you put the information of your flight! Waste of time been trying for hours. We don’t have time for this is always a nightmare everytime I try to go to Colombia.

This app is a blemish on Colombia’s reputation.
Please hire competent programmers to do it correctly. It discourages tourism in a country that should be promoting tourism.

This is the worst app ever created. Who is responsible?!
Waste of time and money
App is trash. Charged me more than what was shown when entering my cc ($104 entry and $104 departure). Was never asked for the form. Money grab.

Useless application
This application is useless, it won’t allow me to select the kind of document I am using to leave Colombia. Very incompetent developers, totally useless
Absolute piece of non-functioning garbage!
What is amazing to me is NOT that the app, nor the Check-MiG web site are terrible and do not work; but rather the fact that someone in the Colombian government approved this for use AND continues to require it. Memo to Colombian migración: CHECK-MIG DOES NOT WORK! Please, someone in a position of power get on your phone, iPad, laptop, … and try to complete the form. As another suggestion, our country is called the United States of America. It is a proper name, which means translating it is NOT correct. Your dropdown menus should not show “Estados Unidos”. How do you guys like it when extranjeros write Columbia, rather than Colombia?

Terrible
This is really the worst app for migration. We had to try more than 5 times to get the pre registration done. You should be able to create an account and have all your information saved. There is no login to access the information after. It is our first time to Colombia and want to have a stress free experience, not sure about this process.

There are so many problems with this app. It’s always missing mandatory information that is needed to move on to the next page but because of the app bugging out i ways have to start over like 5 times until it works. Please just fix itttt

An embarrassment for Colombia
My mom is a Colombian citizen and I had to use this app recently to help her generate a check-mig to travel back to Bogota. The app is just a browser for the website and the website is plagued with bugs. It was impossible to move past the flight information because the flight number (no letters included) was not in their database. Since all fields are mandatory there was no way to proceed. Understandably this generate quite a bit of stress in preparation for the trip.
If anything this app serves to highlight the bureaucratic nature of the Colombian government. Just skip downloading this and use the website.

Doesn’t work at all
This is a horrible app that doesn’t work at all!
You make us download and input our info but it doesn’t go beyond the first page so why do we need it if it doesn’t work?

Bad app
This App has a lot of problems and is buggy.
Besides it not working well and difficult to use, if you are from the United States you need to look under the countries that start with a E! It is their Spanish version of the United States. All the other countries are spelled out the English way. Almost didn’t get on the plane to Colombia because of it. Luckily a AA gate agent working it out.

The worst. 1/2 a star.
This has to be the worst apps of all apps. I could bet someone was given tons of $ to create app, and that person gave their 12 year old son/daughter a small portion of the $ to create it as a school project.
The app won’t even load for me
What type of garbage is this? When I launch the app, it simply remains on a white screen. Seriously, how could the Colombian government have approved this trash.

Possibly the worst app ever for something that is necessary to enter the country. No instructions. No ability to go back a page.
Cannot submit form!
Where do I get help if the form could not be submitted. Tried millions of times on different devices and browser. Does JFK airport provide hard copy to fill in?
