App is crashing
Hello the application is crashing all of the sudden on latest ios .
Bad UI, updates are almost scarcely
I can’t believe a company that it’s core is security barely updates its applications. Bad UI overall. Needs more love.
Issue with iOS 16
This App does not work on iOS 16
Does not work on iPad Pro
It works fine with my Android phone, but on iPad Pro, it won’t even login. Just crashes after entering credentials.
Disconnects All the time from Gateway
The app disconnects every time from Gateways and have to re-pair. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Buggy, Slow, Unreliable
If I could give this zero stars I would. Slow to login, won’t open most times even after killing the app and rebooting the phone. You need to work on this so it’s talking direct to the firewall, not through your slow cloud. Makes me want to change over to Fortinet.
Impressive Functionality in its Brief Life
I am so impressed with all of the features built into this new SMB app. Using the QR code I added 3 client firewalls in mere minutes.
I noticed when you click on an individual endpoint it references the use of ZoneAlarm. Would love the ability to centrally manage ZoneAlarm or CheckPoints’s endpoint security products without the cost of a Smart-1 appliance. At this point I have to use a competitor’s product for endpoint security.
