Randomly crashes / closes
Tried this our in our local nightclub/bar. Functionally, this scanned some ID’s okay but for some reason would crash about every 6 or 7th scan. The app would just close and disappear. Reopening it and scanning again would do the same thing. I paid $9.99 and on night 1 cancelled the subscription. The app is not stable and with a line of customers waiting to enter our establishment, needs to get the bugs worked out of it. Afterwords, would maybe be a viable option. This seems to scan driver license only and did not work on military or federal id’s at all. I did like the ability to export my customer list, however no additional metrics or customer dynamics populate.
