Trouble with videos on Iphone14 ProMax

Just get a gray screen videos won’t play. Entered a support ticket more than 7 days ago. No response from tech support.

iPhone app, not iPad & doesn’t work on iOS 12

This is an iPhone app, and only runs on the iPad in emulation mode. You can zoom in, but then you’d have black bars on the screen and the controls would look weird.

It also doesn’t work on iOS 12 — it launches, but then doesn’t do anything.

I've been using this app for five months now. I'm an average pool player USAPL 55. The app gives me clear goals and makes me look forward to practicing. The exercises are challenging but achievable. It was a little confusing at first but support was good. I saw a results within weeks and progress has been steady!

Frustrating

Tried to register and never got the verification email in my inbox or my spam folder. Then since I tried to register it won't even let me play as a guest so I can't get past the login screen. Also the terms and conditions are only in German. If you don't read German who knows what you are agreeing to. So it may be a good thing I can't use the app.
