Don’t even bother
Although the app seems to work fine, the company is a joke. I booked the night before, and no one was ever assigned and they wouldn’t answer their phone. Go read the online reviews before you make the mistake of downloading the app and using this company (note: I almost never leave bad reviews but we almost missed my son’s military graduation because of them)

Terrible App
The performance of the app was unsatisfactory. I had preordered a taxi to ensure punctuality for an important appointment. However, the app failed to connect me with a driver at the designated time, causing a significant delay. The lack of synchronization between the app's dispatch and the driver resulted in confusion and inconvenience, leading to an incorrect pick-up by the driver. Subsequently, I was unjustly charged for a ride that I did not receive. This experience has eroded my trust in the service, and I will not be using it again.

Great alternative to old school calls for a cab!!
This app is awesome. It’s very simple to use and has many functions to smooth the process of getting a cab. I love that I can pay with my card through the app and track my cabs progress on the map! No more waiting on hold or wondering where your cab is.
What a laughable app
I gave this app a chance this a.m. as I saw a yellow Prius cab on my way. This app is like the Yahoo homepage was in year 2000. And, to reflect on the actual business to be done, the service area is ridiculously small - can not get me from Santa Clara to Sunnyvale. Let the fittest survive. There will be no tears for businesses that can not evolve.

Extremely confusing.
Today was my first time using the app. Now, I understand it's an app and it's not going to be perfect, with that being said, I think it needs work. For example: I requested a cab today, and I didn't even know if my request had gone through. It gave me the option to cancel the request or to call the cab company. It didn't say that my request had been approved or anything. Another flaw: it gave me an estimate today for me traveling 14.2 miles. It gave me the estimate of $42.10. Now, the rate is a $2 charge to come pick me up, and an additional $2.50 per mile. My tab came out to be $37.00. I think the app should have some of that fixed because that estimate was farther off than I expected. $1 or $2 I would expect to be off, but $5 is a bit much, and while I understand it's an estimate, the app has a map of Columbia, thus it should have a more accurate estimate calculator.
