Potential bug
I love this game, been playing with someone special for quite a while now. The new update unfortunately means neither of us can accept a new game. Please can this be remedied.

Requires creating Account before trying
It says you can play locally or against the computer, but requires you to create an account before you can see or try the app. Why? It’s just Checkers, there are many such apps and I wanted to compare how good this one is.

I’ve been playing with an android user and along with that they’re in a different country 5 stars. (It’s also not very buggy)

A good game it makes everyone play or if they quit and don’t play it will resign them no matter if they ignore the game.

I would give a 5 if you do something about , you cheater , but now a2 . If it was anything to you you would,because there nothing to there sorry ass that have to cheat .

This app was the best checkers app. But I’m not sure anyone even plays here anymore.
Buggy
Get rid of 2 day wait between moves and this app would be very good. But get rid of "casual rules" and this app would be "Great." A bug causes matching casual rules players with fixed jump rules players. Ruins all competition...moving on to a better checkers app...why would I pay for no add version...and the 2 day before move limit is ridiculous...it took me almost 2 months to beat one sore loser who didn't want to concede.

A suggestion for improvement would be to allow going both forward as well as back when planning moves.
Games by post
Although this is s very good app, like chess by post, I was one of the very first people to play chess by post and if you reported a bug or problem, Jeff, the app developer of both these apps, would be more than happy to get back to you and reply. But, as his app became more successful, he became more aloof, not responding to ANY of the emails he received from me and others! What are the chances of that happening here with this app? Even money, I'd say!!!

Really good implementation of the game.
Just like his Chess by Post (which I also play) this is a really good implementation of the classic board game 'Draughts' - or as our Yanky friends like to call it 'Checkers'.
It has a 'play board' feature which let's you check moves out before playing them, to ensure things turn out to plan. It automatically employs the rules so disputes are avoided.
It also let's you chat as you play with opponents all over the world (and try to rise up the rankings). Great little game - easier than chess but still a good fun tease for the old grey matter.
Would be nice in a future version to see move numbers displayed as this helps when chatting about the game (you made a great squeeze on move 22). It's really good, try it!
