Offensive names and groups
Higher level players will play in beginners mode to dominate us casual players. No language filter meaning many offensive, masogynistic, racist, homophobic and zionistic names and group names. Though I enjoyed the game play, for some reason mandatory captures were automatically switched on and ruined the tactical and strategic experience

There is a lot of cheating going on in the game, whenever i try to play the opponent always win it, they just absorbing my coins, there used be 40k coins with me now im only left with 18 coins, total bankruptcy 😭😭😭😭

Horrible game
Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve had nothing but problems with this game. I don’t even have access to the ranks or clubs, and I’ve already emailed the company about it and never even got a response.
On top of that, I constantly get timed out for absolutely no reason. The game will also glitch and say it’s the other player’s turn when it’s actually mine, and then I end up losing because the timer runs out. There’s nothing more frustrating than losing a game because the app itself doesn’t work properly.
I’ve tried giving this game a chance, but between the missing features, constant timeouts, glitches, and nonexistent customer support, it’s honestly hard to recommend. Fix your game and actually respond to your customers.

Random music just started playing in the app that I can’t turn off. It plays in the main menu and during games. Super annoying.

Wouldn’t recommend
The game is good but it has many issues that might make me stop. First off to change difficulty it says you have to win the previous level. And I’ve played and won more than 5 times but the level is still the same?? Then secondly when you get ads, after the ad plays it doesn’t give you the option to close out of it and continue with the game. I haven’t been able to play for hours now because I’m stuck on a ad. Usually there’s the x on the top to close out but there’s literally nothing and I guess it’s to force me to download the game, which I’m not going to do. So either it’s fixed or I delete.
It also won’t allow you to make legal moves when you get past the easy and beginner levels. It will deny you a very legal move that you can use any other time if it doesn’t stop the computer winning, and then soon after the computer will use that very same move. It’s designed to make you lose and it’s incredibly insufferable and the reason why I’m deleting the game. Example so I don’t sound like a sore loser: multiple times I’ve been able to make moves that would either put the computer in a compromising position where I’d win or capture as many pieces as possible. Right now I’ve been trying to capture a piece that will allow me to further capture three more with one more move in danish draughts by capturing diagonally but it wouldn’t let me until I move on from the piece. Then when it strategically placed its men so that if I move said piece it would capture multiple of mine, Lo and behold the piece can now be moved diagonally. And sometimes the computer itself makes illegal moves that I cannot retaliate with!

Ok so I got a response to this and they said they were going to escalate this and I redownloaded the game just to see and omg it’s actually worse. Been stuck on an ad since yesterday, it wanted me to play so I did, 5 minutes after I’m expecting to be able to now click out of it, nope. The only option is to download it. They shove it down your throat and it’s so infuriating. I’ve watched the ad, let me freaking click out of it and play your game!!! Why have I been stuck on an ad for another game for hours!!?! It’s actual bs omg

iPhone users don’t bother
So not only does vip subscription not work for iPhone users, but it took months to get the refund, not to mention the item store allows you to buy coins/gems to purchase items, but you purchase items and it randomly drops ten items, but it gives you duplicates, I’ve gone 2 months now without a new drop, so it’s basically paying for nothing, (you get credits towards a non random drop but everytime you use the credits it increases the next time, just worthless money out), and on top of that they allow user names like slurs to be used with no reporting system, all around just a money pit

Don’t waste your money on the paid version. They advertise “no ads ever,” but once you pay, they replace the video ads with far more annoying pop-up ads that appear mid-game and ruin it. Scammers!! They should be sued for false advertising.
