They are scamming
When u book the rooms by google phone number, they redirect your call to this checkin app booking team who is completely App based not relevant to hotel.
they force you to book immediately and make payment thru upi as soon as possible. but once paid, no message or whatsapp confirmation received.
when you try to call them they ask booking id which you haven’t received.
poor application system.
jus they gave all false promises to book rooms and once you appear on hotel they won’t accept it. on my case while booking thru call, they said complimentary extra bed, but hotel refused while checking in and charged extra amount.
Terrible experience, pls don’t fall on trap. go directly to hotel and book rooms.
