All my progress is gone. Can’t review my lifetime membership. I paid for lifetime access and its been less than a year. Don’t fall for this scam

Started out great. Free private pilot school was good. Problems started when trying to get my endorsement to take the written emailed. Figured that out after a couple weeks of back and forth. Then a few months ago I went back to freshen up on things and start the next course and my account and all my progress is gone. The app no longer works. The website is horrible. I paid for lifetime access and now I have nothing. Going to have to invest more money in another program. Don’t waste your time or your money. Totally a scam. Will take your money and run.

Don’t waste your money
Used this for private pilot and it was great. Started my instrument and completed ground school then somehow my whole account was deleted and even though I sent my receipt of purchase of the lifetime course there’s nothing they can do to help. My certificates are gone as well. Thankful I took screen shots but those mean nothing to their “support” either. Go with Kings school. Easier to use and better support.

Beware, they will take your money and run
This company is a scam. They lure you in with the premise of free ground school then early in the process will sell you on a promotion that you should buy “now” for life time access to the material.
It sounded reasonable in order to not be constrained to the tight free course timeline. A few months later, all my progress is lost, old links don’t work, the app doesn’t remember me or what I paid for and they will not respond to any support tickets.
RUN and subscribe to a more reputable ground school. This here is a joke.

Unresponsive!!!!!
I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks!!! It keeps crashing and nothing works! When I have been able to log in via the website it erased all my progress.
You call and they don't answer, automatically hangs up after 8 min every time.

Great app. Love using it to study, but for some reason it crashes every time I try and open it. Please help
App Crashes Upon Launch
I’ve downloaded the app many times so I can listen to my courses on-the-go. However, when I launch the app it automatically asks me to restart it every time. This app simply doesn’t work unfortunately.

Was working great uptil a few weeks ago. Not won’t open at all. I sent an email to info but got no reply. I’m a lifetime member.
5 Star Training, app needs polishing
After spending a couple hundred dollars on Sportys pilot training and getting nowhere, this app/program got me over the finish line with a high score on my written. The training is great and thorough.
The app on the other hand, could use some work. It can be clunky to pickup where you left off and navigation to find your program is a bit awkward. Videos have an annoying lead-in splash screen and music that is much louder than the audio which leaves you scrambling to turn it down and back up when he begins speaking.
Maybe it’s only an annoyance for me and won’t bother others. But those things are the only things keeping it from being a 5 star.

Excellent the best private pilot ground school there is.
Very in-depth classes. Likable teacher who goes over all materials, makes everything interesting. Provides lots of helpful links and homework. Pool of many questions for FAA tests… If you’re looking to become a private pilot look no further.

Who uses iPad in Portrait?
The Apple Keyboards and folios all default to HORIZONTAL mode.
Please fix iPad rotation
Being locked into portrait view on iPad with so many cases built for landscape makes this a non-starter. Hope this gets fixed soon as I’m looking forward to using the subscription.
