CheckStation

CheckStation is a flexible attendance, member management, and check-in platform for schools, teams, clubs, workplaces, classes, and other organizations. Create one private workspace for members, groups, staff, attendance history, and check-in screens — then use it from your phone, tablet, computer, or browser. Basic is free forever and completely ad-free, making CheckStation ideal for small organizations that want a practical system without ongoing cost. CUSTOMIZABLE CHECK-IN Turn a supported device into a self-service check-in station. Members can check in, check out, or start a break depending on your Group settings. Customize the experience with your own logo, colors, gradients, background images, titles, instructions, confirmation messages, and different visual layouts. AUTOMATIC EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Automatically send emails after check-in, check-out, or break actions. Configure notifications per Group and customize messages using member, time, and Group information. Send attendance emails from: • Gmail • Microsoft 365 / Outlook • Yahoo Mail • Your own SMTP mail server This makes CheckStation useful for schools notifying parents, clubs confirming attendance, workplaces tracking arrivals, and many other real-world workflows. LIVE ATTENDANCE AND HISTORY See who is present and review check-in, check-out, and break activity over time. Keep a clear Activity Log and Attendance Report instead of relying on paper sheets, manual sign-in lists, or scattered spreadsheets. MEMBERS AND GROUPS Create and manage members in one workspace. Store names, contact details, photos, and notes, then organize people into Groups. Archive and restore members when needed without losing useful history. Business users can also use Structured Groups with Classes for more detailed organization. STAFF AND ROLE-BASED ACCESS Invite Admins and Staff and control what they can access. Admins can help manage the workspace, while Staff can be limited to assigned Groups. REPORTS AND EXPORTS Review attendance reports using preset or custom date ranges. Supported plans can export attendance reports as: • PDF • Excel (XLSX) • CSV USE CHECKSTATION ACROSS DEVICES Use the same workspace from: • Phone • Tablet • Computer • Web browser Manage members from a computer, run check-in from a tablet, and review attendance from your phone. SECURE WORKSPACE ACCESS Management tools are kept separate from the participant check-in experience. Owners can sign in with email, Google, or Apple where supported, while Staff use workspace credentials.
