checkyzy

checkyzy is the app for the staff welcoming participants at events, group trips and conventions: the list is on your phone and check-in takes a second, even without a connection. HOW IT WORKS • Enter with the personal code your organizer gives you (or with the link, or by scanning its QR code). • Find the events you are assigned to: open one and the participant list is already on your phone. • Scan the participant's QR code or search by name: one tap and the entry is recorded. • No network? Keep working: check-ins are saved on the phone and sent by themselves when the connection is back. • Several operators on the same event see the same live counters: total, checked in, missing. AT THE DOOR • Fast QR scanner, with a torch for dark rooms. • Instant warning when a QR code was already used or does not belong to the event. • Add someone who is not on the list, mark who is not coming, give a substitute a new QR code. • A log of everything done from your phone. FOR THE ORGANIZER checkyzy is managed on the web at checkyzy.eventyzy.com: participant list, QR invitations by email, live dashboard, reports. The app is for the staff of organizers who use checkyzy: you need the code your agency gave you to get in.
