Locked out

I’ve been playing for about 3 months. 1 day prior to the Paris event finishing I was unable to enter the game. It just kept looping from loading data to start game over & over. I reported this to customer service and still haven’t been given advice or help on how to access the game. Disappointed

Запустил игру , все работало нормально, но после подвисания и вылета из игры постоянная инициализация и не дает зайти в игру, приходится удалять приложение и заново скачивать чтобы зайти в нее до следующего вылета !!!
