Draft not showing on app
I have a draft saved on Cheerz website logged into my account through my computer’s browser. However on the app after login to this same account it shows I have no draft…

I have been buying from Cheerz for years. It’s the only place I’ll buy these magnets.
Quality is excellent. My old magnets that iv had for years look as good as the brand new ones. I buy these for gifts and myself.

Hoping for something different
Sorry, but I was hoping I could get this new comic book I made printed and turned into a physical book instead of a digital one. I’ll need at least 5 copy and I can’t spend 36 dollars on just 1 of them. Otherwise, if your looking for a album for all your pictures then I would recommend Cheerz. Have a good day and don’t forget to make wonderful memories for the future!

App slightly broken
The apps mostly fine, but my orders don’t show up in the app. I have to log into the actual website to find my orders, and the website won’t let me reorder my prints. A bit poor!

Practically Perfect
I’ve used the Cheerz app to make albums of every family vacation we’ve taken since 2019.
If only it would talk to the Cheerz website so that I could pull up my projects on my computer.

Je recommande pour la fabrication d’album photo
J’ai commandé un album photo de 100 pages. La mise en page fut assez compliqué à cause de la qualité des photos qui ne correspondais jamais. Pour y remédier je recommande d’utiliser une autre application qui améliore la qualité des photos par exemple PicCollage. Concernant la qualité de l’impression il n’y en a rien à redire elle est parfaite. Cependant, je trouve dommage que le papier brillant laisse les empreintes de doigts. De plus, lors de l’assemblage de l’album, les photos des pages droites sont légèrement décalées. Le prix me semble peut-être élevé mais raisonnables par rapport à la qualité. Délai de livraison respectées. Enfin, je recommande l’application Toutefois, je n’ai jamais utilisé d’autres applications de photos, donc je ne pourrai pas faire un avis global.

Awful editing options and UX
Highly frustrated with many many bugs in the app - inability ti finish editing on desktop computer, inability to remove “empty” photos after bulk uploading and changing mind, inability to change the package if you decide you want to go with higher or lower package - seriously if someone is uploading 100+ photos it isn’t always possible to tell whether I will end up wanting to print 100, 200, 300 or else. Watch out if you happen to upload 299 for 300+ package you cannot make an order - it won’t automatically downscale the package, you will have to start editing again from scratch and choose a new package - insanely stupid miss from developers and how frustrating after hours spent perfecting your prints. Inability to choose any other layout than 4 photos in 1 is a big miss too. Overall extremely poor editing options.

Despues de pasar todo el dia haciendo 2 albums. A la hira de oagar me aparece q no envia a mexico..
Llevo 6 años haciendo 2 albums o 3 al año. Y siempre habian enviado a mi pais.
Deberia de empezar poniendo el pais para no tabajar sin q pueda ser enviado. 🥹

Commande calendrier avec photos personnalisées
Depuis 2 jours nous tentons de valider en ligne un calendrier avec des photos personnalisées, en vain, but sur le site, qui mouline alors que le débit de notre connexion est parfait.
Une fois que nous arrivons à finaliser le calendrier, nous voulons payer avec une carte cadeau et là encore, problème.
En effet, alors qu’il est bien spécifié que la carte cadeau peut être utilisée en plusieurs fois, il nous reste un crédit de 15€ après un achat de photos que nous ne pouvons pas l’utiliser = « nombre d’utilisations atteint », alors que nous pouvons effectuer 5 paiements avec ce code.
Pour ne pas perdre notre travail de 3 jours, nous avons dû payer avec notre cb. Quid des 15€ qui nous restent à utiliser?
Espérons au moins que le calendrier soit de bonne qualité.

Love using the app for Cheerz as easy to use and love the product. Highly recommend.
The most frustrating App ever!
I have wasted hours and hours on this app sorting all my photos to be printed (retro & photobooth prints). It would freeze all the time, but closing the app and reopening would resolve it. However once finished my products, they would not upload on the cart page. I tried everything, even deleting and reinstalling the app (which deleted everything so I had to choose photos all over again) to no avail.
In the end I uploaded all Photos to google photos and did it on the website (far easier)without issue. But good god it has been incredibly frustrating. I will use another app next time!
