Crashes the moment I load the app. Completely useless.

I recently decided to try the CBB app after several years of dining at the restaurant. I didn’t recall having an account already so I reset my password & was able to log into the website version but not the app itself, despite a second password reset. The app doesn’t recognize my information. I’ve never removed an app so quickly on my phone after this fiasco.

Why don’t you have the kids chicken meal available to order on your app? It causes us not to be able to use the app for pickup. Suuuuuper irritating it’s been this way for at least 2 years now.

Restaurant was great, app needs a way to submit a missed transaction. Allows rewards members a way to ensure they get the earn points!

It took me 30 minutes to actually get in just to find out I can’t even order at my location, and you can’t order through the app anywhere else! If I could give a lower rating u would
Problem
When I try to set app up it tells me it doesn’t recognize my email but when it says no matching guest. So when I try to set up new account it tells me that email is already taken. I’ve tried everything I can think of and can’t get anything to work. I called customer service and had to leave a message and never heard back from them and it’s been at least a month. I don’t know what else to do.

Doesn’t work
Can’t sign in with app. Tried more than a few times with correct account email and password with no luck. Keeps saying no matching guest. Can order through site while signed in and repeat order works great. Just wish the app was as easy as browser site.
Frustrating
The app forces you to sign in again when ordering, does not let you add a reward card to the order, and resets your order if you back out to add something you may have forgotten.
*UPDATE* While the app is buggy and still not working, Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! I emailed them with my complaint, and was responded to almost immediately. I was told they were aware of the issues and are working to fix it. Even gave me a coupon for my trouble.

If I could give it a -10 stars I would
Horrible app— it keeps saying I am not a matching guest but I have signed up and changed my password twice. Your burgers might be good but the app of horrible.
2 different login in
Online account does work, but app said error no matching guests.
Waste of an app
App doesn’t work half of the fields are grayed out when you try and sign up I have an account and it tells me I don’t when I try and login in. I reset the password and it resets and on this app it still tells me no account! Don’t recommend the app at all!
Pretty bad
The app forced me to sign in with two separate accounts. But does not say why or give any helpful information. Every time I want back to the account it cleared my order. Overall it’s very frustrating to set up.
