Very difficult to navigate and honestly a frustrating experience to begin with. Downloaded and deleted all within 5 mins. As a first time user, the app bombards you with so many instructions and information to begin with when it should just be a simple grocery app like others. Ordering is complicated too like I really had to struggle to find where and how to place an order. Very poor execution of the app.

The best grocery delivery app in Pakistan
The products are the highest quality, the service is great and the prices are awesome! What’s more, they give you massive rewards when you are a frequent user. I’ve stopped going to grocery stores!!!
Always out of stock
Everytime i try to do grocery shopping from cheetay.. I either dont find half of the stuff or they’re out of stock. So tired of it now. Airlift was so convenient. Hate that it got shut down. Had so much potential

Cheetay is overall good but need to work on some things. For instance, feedback page, customer service, refund. You have to remind them .

THE WORST
My order was delayed because their rider was bot responding. Instead of assigning a new rider, the service decided to wait and contact a person who’s phone was off. They waited until I contacted them personally, and told them to reassign it. They didn’t have another rider in reserve and decided to wait another 20 minutes to inform me. According to their “policy” they can’t transfer the money to the restaurant unless my food is delivered - so the restaurant rider can’t come himself either. Huge, massive flaw in the system and logistics company shouldn’t simply collapse because one rider was unavailable. Pathetic service, and I don’t want to be refunded in Cheetay Points as I am not willing to use this service ever again.

Wanted to log into the app but never received the OTP.
Terrible Service! Beware
I ordered food at 11:50pm. Did not get any call from their team. Called them myself at 12:20am to find out that they had not even processed the order. Upon asking how long it will take them to deliver, the agent said he could not give any time frame and it could in fact take more than 1 hour to deliver.
